Who Are We

Mission Statement

With accuracy and efficiency as the cornerstones of our company, we commit our resources to exceeding the expectations of our customers and co-workers.

Our dedication to you, the client, is the driving force behind these value-added features and unique products. We want to develop a high level of trust and rapport–to help solve your problems and leave you satisfied that we’re as committed to your project as you are.

We understand that our firm’s dedication to this corporate value is reflected in the people who we hire to implement it. We make it a priority to staff people who are dedicated to this goal; people who take ownership in our company, our product, and our relationship with our clients. We believe this allows us to be more than a vendor to you.

We think you’ll agree.

Core Values

Character Counts

We want to be known for the type of people we are, as much as for what we are capable of. Therefore, we have high standards of integrity for the personal and professional decisions that we make “all day-every day”. Character is a major influence in QC culture and is considered alongside the capabilities of an individual for hiring and promotional decisions. Successful members of the QC team will maintain an outward-focus and demonstrate consideration for their coworkers and clients.

Ownership

We will know and understand the vision of QC and how we fit into that vision. We will think and work in an entrepreneurial fashion. Through hard work and ambition, we will strive to grow alongside QC as it moves into the future. We will have a sense of pride regarding our work and show it through our commitment to the vision and growth of QC.

Cutting Edge/High Tech

In an ever changing technical industry it is imperative we stay on the cutting-edge of technology. While this doesn’t necessarily mean adopting all new technologies, investigating these technologies is essential. Continual evaluation and adoption of newly introduced technologies is assurance that QC will continue to be a leader in the market with innovative data collection tools while meeting global demand.

Customer Attentiveness

We are committed to respecting our customers. To us that means being reliable, responsive, and considerate at every level and in every interaction. Furthermore, we intend to maintain a level of flexibility to effectively serve the ever-changing and sometimes short notice needs of our customers. We believe this attitude will lead to a successful future for both our clients and ourselves.

Quality as a Priority

We at QC understand that our products and services form the very foundation of our client’s analyses, designs, and reputation. In a technical industry where precision, speed, and consistency matter most, we pledge that our work will stand out from the rest. Besides, without quality they’re just counts.
