The team consists of our CEO, Senior Management, and Financial Teams. Data Processors collect, analyze, and develop accurate reports of traffic data. Entrepreneurial and results-driven, our Operations Managers take personal ownership in the offices they run. They serve as the main point of contact for their clients, manage a variety of projects, coordinate the work of Field Staff, and support marketing activities. The dynamic role of Operations Manager invites a range of expertise and interests, allowing them to provide strategic input for the Corporate Management Team.
Field Staff work outdoors and in our warehouses with a high level of independence, installing, collecting, testing, improving and maintaining equipment, and executing other operational assignments and data collection projects. We depend on our Field Staff as the ground troops in upholding the standard of quality we’re named for. Many members of our management team began their careers as field staff and have grown into the professionals and leaders you now see.
A dedicated support team is critical to executing tens of thousands of traffic counts annually. Our Operations Support Management team regularly processes, analyzes, quality controls, and constructs customized reports for data collection projects across the country. During the busiest months at QC, Operations Managers rely heavily on Operations Support Management to take ownership of a number of client- and production-based responsibilities.
My main motivation for joining QC centered around the incredible growth potential. I am faced with exciting new challenges every day, and my colleagues provide me with the information and support to overcome any roadblocks. In my position, I have the chance to think outside the box and identify new solutions while continuing to learn and grow in my role.
I started in QC as a field tech and now I am managing the state of Florida. To sum it up, QC has provided an avenue for me to grow and in turn help QC grow. This has been a great experience and opportunity and will continue to be.
